We use this to help my 1 year old son sleep. It really works quite well – the big thing – it adds a little extra sound barrier so you don’t have to tiptoe around. It’s not loud enough by itself though – we also have a fan we run in conjunction. We do use this when we travel and it works really well for that as well.
These come in both 1 & 2 speed units. We have the 2-speed and really like it. Does a good job of masking sounds.
