Tronsmart Air Mouse & Keyboard – the perfect addition to your TV box or other entertainment device [Review]

If you’ve ever struggled to control an Android TV box, smart TV or computer from your couch, you’ll know just how frustrating it can be to get anything done. The default option is to click and select, which takes ages, and even if you’ve got an air mouse it can be very slow entering in web addresses or anything longer. But now there’s a new tool to make things easier.

Cruz – vintage cycling with a modern electric update

You have to give it to them, there are some product designs which really move out of the box, and this new Cruz electric bicycle is one great example. They could have sat down and created a boring grey and chrome pedal machine with a stodgy battery pack and all the character of a dead haddock, but no, they decided to go all Loony-Tunes and craft something formidable.

The new product is Fonkraft, billed as the ‘world’s first crowdfunded modular smartphone‘, which is basically a rival to the long-standing Project Ara concept being built by a Google sponsored team. [UPDATE: Aaand….it’s gone!] :)

Portable Solar Powered Air Purifier – zap smells, dust, bugs and more on the go

Who doesn’t like fresh air? The problem is, however, we live in times where the general quality of air doesn’t really inspire confidence, unless you happen to be lucky enough to live on a tropical lagoon far from industry and roads. UAG Military Grade Cases – ultra tough, military grade protection for your gadgets

It’s crazy how much we rely on our portables nowadays. Smartphones are probably more important to us than just about anything else, so it makes sense to give them complete protection if we can. The trouble is, most cases are not really fit for purpose in that regard, especially if you’re one of those who spend a lot of time doing outdoor or sporty stuff.

Open Books – read first, then pay if you like it

Being an author nowadays is definitely a mixed bag. On the one hand they’ve got a huge global digital audience to aim for, not just a handful of arrogant publishers, but on the other this means the competition for attention is fiercer than a tornado in a tiger’s cage. Or something. More power then to those who try and make it easier for authors to grab an audience.

LXLE Linux – revive that old PC! [Freeware]

Everyone’s got an old laptop or desktop PC lying around in an attic or cupboard somewhere. That’s just how it goes.
