Sony Type X.

So let me get this straight. Sony is developing an A/V box, currently called Type X, [Babel] which will incorporate seven TV tuners, 1 terabyte of hard disk storage and some undisclosed HDTV type goodness. Seven (7) tuners? They’re kidding right?

Tally Ho!

The Firebird Commander is more…oh much more…than a mere R/C airplane. Plug in the optional Sonic Combat Module and you can ‘take on similarly equipped…planes in aerial combat. When “hit” the SCM temporarily disables your motor, while allowing you to steer.’ Radio controlled dogfights in mid air? Serious boy toy fun. Not to mention the streamer bomb or parachute modules which you can also trigger remotely. $139.99.

Feel brave? Wanna put two SIM cards into your mobile handset? Then check out the Dual SIM [Babel] product from Mobiltec24.de. Which just happens to look like one of those ‘bolt-in’ handsets that we used to love back in the 50s! Is this some kind of weird retro (there’s that word again) timewarp thang?
