Freegal – free legal access to MP3 music downloads via your local library

Regular users of their local book library in the US may soon be offered a new music download service called Freegal. The service will let library card holders download up to 20 DRM free MP3 tracks a week, as well as set up a wishlist for future downloads. The catalogue?
