EzyRoller is part trike, part scooter, and part crazy

When we think of gadgets and gizmos, we think of things that are run off of electricity or batteries. The idea of something being a contraption with wheels and gears only doesn’t seem like much fun. That is, until you remember the days when you were a kid, and could power a good time off of your energy.

Does your toothbrush have an app?

These days it seems like everything is connected. With the rise of Bluetooth and WiFi technologies, it’s becoming increasingly easier to connect normal everyday objects to your phone or computer. Even your toothbrush has an app on your smartphone. Or at least it would, if you bought the Beam Toothbrush.

Blender Alarm Clock makes a great kitchen timer

When you’re baking something in the oven, it’s important to take the food out of the oven at the proper time. Sure, some people are able to keep track of time in their head, but most of us need an alarm of some sort. Egg timers are usually a go-to for this sort of task. They’re simple, effective, and don’t require batteries. However, if you want to get something a little more interesting for the chef in your life, you…

iStomp is a reprogrammable stompbox that works with your iPhone

If you’ve played the guitar for a while, there’s a good chance that you’ve experimented with an effects pedal at some point. These can be great for creating a new sound at the push of a button, and then switching it back just as fast. Unfortunately, if you use a few different pedals throughout the course of a set list, you can find yourself lugging around several of these, which be a pain. Wouldn’t it be great if you could…

Schrdinger’s Cat Executive Decision Maker uses science to answer your questions

Making decisions can be pretty tough sometimes. When you have two options that both have a similar amount of pros and cons, it can seem like a coin toss would almost be the best way to solve the matter. But how scientific is that method, really? Sure, there’s a true 50/50 chance, but if someone asks how you came to your final conclusion, is that what you really want to tell them? If you want there to be more of…

What if you could get a goldfish that wouldn’t die?

When I was a kid, I won a goldfish from a fair at my school. Naturally, my parents got me a bowl and some food, then a few days later it died. This happened a couple other times, before I just stopped trying to win them. Thankfully my parents were smart enough to keep the bowl and food around, so they wouldn’t have to buy them again in the future. However, I wonder if their money wouldn’t have been better…

TheO Smart Ball lets you throw around your smartphone

When it comes to your smartphone, the last thing you generally want to do is drop or throw it. Sure, with the right case, you can be pretty confident that it will come through the event unscathed, but rarely does one want to put this sort of thing to the test. So with that in mind, would you consider putting your phone in a case that’s meant to be dropped, thrown, and maybe even kicked?

Transparent Screen lets you watch where you’re going [Daily Freeware]

Over the past few years, various states have passed laws that prohibit people from texting while driving. The reason for this is simple: If your eyes are on your phone, then they aren’t on the road. I can’t say that I’ve heard of any laws that ban texting while walking (though they may exist), but this can almost be as dangerous as driving. One wrong step into a street while you’re staring at your screen, and you could find yourself…

RFID Blocking Wallets keep your information safe

Do you have one of those cool credit/debit cards that you can just tap to pay with? Those are pretty handy, as you don’t have to mess with swiping, signing, or punching numbers. Of course, the downside is that your data is actually being transmitted wirelessly. That means that it’s possible (however unlikely) that your data could be intercepted by someone with malicious intent while your card is sitting in your pocket. So how do you protect yourself? With a…

Smart Charge & Sync Cable pulses with the electric current

There are times when we make purchases for no other reason than the fact that the item looks cool. Take, for instance, the cord that charges and syncs your phone. The one you have works perfectly fine. It takes the bits from point A to B, and gets the juice to your phone’s battery. However, it doesn’t look all that interesting. That’s why you need one of these Visible Smart Charge & Sync Cables.

Would a Zen Table make your life more peaceful?

We all wish that we could have a zen garden that has freshly raked sand, as it evokes a feeling of peace and well-being. However, it is really difficult to keep up with something like that unless you literally have nothing else to do in a day. As relaxing as they are, it would end up being more stressful to keep such a garden at home. Unless of course, you had robots doing it for you.

Mini Table Tennis takes ping-pong on the go

Miniature anything is somewhat of a novelty as we have teacup dogs, dwarf hamsters, and those tiny purses that can’t hold more than a bag of fun-size m&ms. This can even be applied to different sports, with the Mini Table Tennis being a prime example. This tiny table will make a somewhat challenging game even more difficult as there is less space to play on.
