XXClone creates a safety clone of your Windows installation in case of emergencies [Daily Freeware]
There are few things more frustrating or annoying than having to try and recreate your hard disk after the original has died for whatever reason. Way back in Feb 2010 we reported on an intrepid geek investigation into the manufacture of fake microSD cards, and it seems the problem hasn’t gone away. In fact it’s probably got worse. When our children grow up, we want them to be just as big of nerds as we are. Chances are, they’re going to be reading Lord of the Rings by the age of four, and pretending to be courageous little hobbitfolk. They can’t really be much else other than a dwarf, and they just aren’t old enough for a beard yet.
Read MoreLibrary of Classics MP3 gives you literary classics for almost nothing
In this day and age, reading the classics of literature seems to be a thing of the past. Students would rather watch movies, or read snippets from Wikipedia than actually sit with down with a book. For quite a few people who don’t even have required reading, this is still the case. However, if those classics were presented in audio format, and all in one place, would you be more inclined to get through them?

Fed up with bloated, slow, buggy web browsers like Firefox? Yeah, me too. From watching movies and TV shows, kids can figure out that a brand name car will make them cool. Driving a car as a tiny tot in general makes you the ruler of the playground. However, it would obviously have to be of the remote control variety.
Read MoreSNAP Skateboard folds up to fit in your backpack
There are many of us who are somewhat blessed and cursed with being too close to work to justify driving, but too far away to want to walk. A bicycle or scooter would work just fine as it can be parked outside, but skateboards seem to be frowned upon. Having no place to store your board, you have to walk into work and hope you can put it some place that is out of the way.
