Titanium Man Ring – a micro toolbox on your finger

If you’ve ever found yourself stuck without a screwdriver while out and about, or wished you had a handy little blade to cut open some packaging, then you’re clearly a candidate for one of the increasingly cool range of ultra portable toolkits that you can buy nowadays. Victorinox products immediately spring to mind, but there are other options which offer just as much utility.

Outfitting toilets with the Reaqua System can save homeowners money and water

Water is becoming a precious commodity around the world. Finding ways to conserve it is rapidly becoming a priority. One area that’s seen little attention (until now) is conserving and reusing graywater from baths, showers and toilets. Reaqua Systems’ toilet technology is a money and water saving proposition worth looking into. Fitting easily into a cupboard or against a wall, it recycles wastewater from baths, showers and some sinks and uses it to flush toilets. It can also extract heat…

BT 7600 Cordless DECT Phone and Nuisance Blocker – your phone as a spam call traffic cop

Apparently the world is suffering from an absolute epidemic of nuisance calls. The Telegraph newspaper recently reported that British homes are receiving around 3.2 billion (yes billion) nuisance calls each year, mostly from those screamingly annoying robo-callers from big companies. British Gas alone makes a good 4 million calls a year, which is a staggering number when you think about it. And the US is no better off.

10 Cool Tricks That Will Make You An Email Master

Wikipedia describes email as being “a method of exchanging digital messages from an author to one or more recipients“.  Sounds simple, but in reality for most of us email is a necessary evil. It may have revolutionized the way we work, but at what cost? Email was the first tool to allow easy message management and instant communication to and from multiple recipients, and while this made life infinitely easier for keeping in touch with colleagues and customers, it has…

Encrypted Communication – keep your words private from all those snooping eyes [Freeware]

Suddenly privacy is a big thing (again) and people are rushing around pointing fingers, hyperventilating and generally getting worked up. And quite rightly so. But at the end of the day things will only change if and when enough people bang the gong, so till then it’s up to us to carry on and take steps to protect our privacy as we feel is right.

The Vapor Vortex Generator – ZAPPOW!

There are times where you don’t want to hand projectiles to children. Nerf guns can be fun at times, but getting popped in the head with foam darts is sometimes more than what can be tolerated. Those are days that you wish those toys would go up in smoke. Instead of setting fire to playthings, why not get a toy blaster that won’t hit you with anything?

Don’t be afraid of drifting apart, get a Fluzzle Tube

Sitting in an inner tube on a pool and soaking up some rays is a good way to spend an afternoon. Especially so when you’re with friends. This is the spot where deep conversations about life, politics, and what you should eat for dinner take place, and the only interruption is you needing to swim back towards your companion.

Cynko Steampunk Motor Bike is a vintage beauty

Do you worry about your health, impact on the environment, and also happen to ride a bicycle? If the answer is yes to all three, then you are likely at least aware of electric bikes. This kind of pedal power can give you the boost you need to get to and fro without breaking out into a major sweat. Sparkup will help lazy parents think they’re doing something right

Reading a bedtime story to your child is pretty important. It helps them recognize pictures, words, and will let them hear your voice right before they drift off to sleep. You get to know they’re sleeping peacefully, and they feel safe as they snooze. Of course, there are a lot of busy parents on the go who don’t get to spend as much time with their kids. Oftentimes they feel guilty, and try to find ways to make up for…

Adult Big Wheel will make you the biggest, baddest kid on the block

Having a big wheel as a kid was a huge deal. You could go anywhere you wanted, and the only limitations were how fast you could move your legs. At that age of course, traffic signs didn’t really matter (not like you could make it that far anyway), but you thought you were free as a bird. Looking back, you were really just running circles around the same bit of road, but still…the wind in your hair, and the sound…

MyKeyO hopes to give you a new stuff drawer

There are some organizational things you can buy that won’t really make things easier. In fact, they’ll actually be a greater annoyance than just getting rid of some junk you no longer need. Your desk is ultimate the collector of items, and you inevitably end up with a ‘stuff drawer’.

Marshall Fridge – possibly the coolest cool box in the world

There are very few truly iconic brands in the world, and Marshall is definitely one of them. The signature logo emblazoned on those classic amplifiers and speakers speak more about rock and roll than any amount of Jumpin’ Jack Flash. More people have gone deaf standing 6 inches in front of a Marshall stack than probably any other type of speaker, so it’s good to see the old brand still alive and kicking.
