Well according to the guys at Google, they are there to help your phone get a quicker GPS fix. Everything you ever wanted to know about USB chargers, but were afraid to ask…

It’s surprising how many things we take for granted. Like the little light that goes on when you open the fridge and the serrated edge on steak knives. One other item we tend to overlook is the humble and yet oh so crucial USB charger. There’s no such thing as a ‘retina charger‘ is there, and people don’t don black turtle necks to extol the virtues of this year’s new charger block on stage. But where would we be without…

DropTag – fight back against rough baggage and package handlers ruining your stuff

It can be pretty annoying to haul your bag off the carousel at the airport and discover that the contents or the bag itself has been damaged by inconsiderate handling somewhere during the journey. Worse still, there’s no real way of proving that it was the fault of the baggage handling, which makes it harder to make a claim against disinterested airlines and airports.
