How to cure those annoying audio sync problems after editing smartphone video [Freeware]

If you’ve ever tried to edit and upload smartphone video to YouTube, you may have noticed that the audio and video can go out of sync. This is especially noticeable with handsets like the Samsung Galaxy range, and even iPhones we hear. Apparently the reason this happens is because the phone people use such wacky compression to maximize memory card storage space that it breaks normal video editors instantly, even the more sophisticated ones like Adobe’s Premiere Elements Pro.

The technique, which was created by Kevin Burg and Jamie Beck in 2009, marries cool photography with the animation qualities of the .GIF image format.
