Mail Chime – motion sensing mailbox saves your legs in the rain

The Mail Chime is a motion sensing two piece kit which sends an alert when mail is put into your mailbox. Yeah mail, snail mail. Remember that stuff? Anyhoo, it buzzes an alarm and lights up a small signal on the home unit, but what it really should do is say ‘you’ve got mail’ in that annoyingly slimy voice. We can but dream. $49.99.

Why get unnecessarily drenched going out during a rainstorm to check if the mail’s come yet? With the Improvements Mail Chime you won’t have to. Now when the mail carrier delivers your mail, the motion-sensitive transmitter you’ve placed on your mailbox door sends a signal to the receiver in your home to let you know. Improvements Mail Chime Features: * Alarm buzzes 4 times and a LED light that stays on until mail is retrieved and the transmitter re-set * 300′ range

No front door that drops down to actiate the motion sensor.

    Boo Hoo.

  • Frank, I have the same problem driving down the 2 miles to the end of my drive. And as for those tigers and monkeys, pah….
