ClickFree Backup – the no-install data backup system for dummies

The new ClickFree Backup system is a single DVD that you insert into your computer and it automatically backs up your data to the DVD without you needing to install anything or even press a go button. Crazy, huh? But how’s it going to know which files to grab, I hear you ask with a cynical tone to your voice.

Well, it comes in different flavours – for photos, music and office type data (which does email, MS office data files etc etc) that’s how. Pricing starts at $9.99 for a 3 DVD pack (£9.99 in the UK) and you can also buy an external 120GB hard drive with the software already on it to back up your whole computer.

Now peeps, it’s easy to be cynical about this, but think of what it could mean to the zillions of grannies and luddites out there who would no more bother backing up their data than visit a poodle parlour. See, now it makes more sense, right? I think this could actually be genius at work. OK, just coming gran…

Revolutionary data backup technology made easy. Finally a backup so easy anyone can use it. Absolutely no software to install or setup. Just plug it in and it will automatically find and copy all of your data. Always have a peace of mind that your files are safe and easy to restore. Ensure all your most cherishable photos, your timeless music collections will never be lost.
