Lily Floating Solar Fountain – frogs not included

Image

The Lily Floating Solar Fountain is a no-installation-required, floating solar-powered fountain. Just toss it into a sunny pond or pool and away she goes. It comes with 3 different spray nozzles and when in full sun the fountain can pump 210 litres an hour and launch water 45cm into the air. The best bit is it stops tinkling when the sun goes down so you won’t lie in bed needing to go to the loo. 39.14 from the lovely people at the ethical superstore.

A lovely lily pad fountain that will make a great feature in any yard. (Especially if you have real frogs!) Easy to install, and doesn’t require wiring or batteries to operate, just direct sunlight.

  • Got one of these from the National Trust a couple of years ago for not much more… Took the filter a year to clog with weed and it never really produced much of a fountain of water even with the included ‘booster’ that goes into the the lead from the solar cell to the pump and in direct sunlight… Spend some proper money and get a better quality one.
