They’ll print it, add your message, bung a stamp on it and stick it in the post. Delivery is via First Class Mail and it should be there within a week even international. So far it’s available in the US only.

The application itself is 99c and ShootIt throw in the first postcard for free. After that it’s 99c per card for delivery in the States, $1.25 for delivery to the UK or $1.50 for delivery to Western Europe.
