Friday Flash Fun – Flash games to while away the weekend

There are a million Flash games out there, here’s a few tried-and-true faves of ours so you should be able to find something to amuse yourself. Otherwise pop on over to FRIV and you’ll be spoilt for choice.

Panda: Tactical Sniper – There are now three of these Panda games. In P:TS 1 and P:TS 2 you need to bail out the cute and fluffy Panda by sniping your way through puzzles. Panda’s Big Adventure sees him down guns and heading off time travelling.

Knightfall 2 – Kind of like Bejewelled mashed with Diablo, Knightfall 2 pits you against the pit. Rotate the board, match the tiles and fight your way through the denizens of hell.

GemCraft – Tower Defense game. Combine gem powers to increase the stopping power of your bug zappers. It gets really hard, really fast.

SAS: Zombie Assault 2 – The original SAS: Zombie Assault was a bit of a buggy mess, but fun all the same. SAS: ZA2 is a completely different animal and brilliant fun. Make sure you create a free account so you get a better starting weapon and grenades. There’s also SAS: Zombie Assault 2 Insane Asylum – Same game engine, with a new map and a couple of new monsters. Just as hard and just as fast.

Ultimate Assasin 2 – Get in, get the bad guy and get out. Top view puzzle game with a bit of skill involved. Nothing too tricky.

Momma’s Diner – Seat, feed and clean up after your customers. Earn tips and upgrade the diner. Surprisingly addictive and gorgeous art.

Fig 8 – Hop on your bike and weave your way through a patent clerk’s nightware. Just don’t run over those figures. Gorgeous music and beautifully done.

The Last Stand and Last Stand 2 – Yet more zombies. Find some friends, guns and food and last the night. Last Stand 2 can be pretty tough.

Have fun!
