A genius idea. Walking tours which use mobile phone commentary instead of guides. You walk to a location, dial a toll-free number and hear a guide giving an explanation of the history and significance of the place. Currently in New York.

This could be used in so many ways. For example why not beam MMS photos of associated things to look at while you’re there as well? Or maps to local restaurants on request.
