Radar golf.

The Radar Golf system is designed to help golfers find their balls. Quickly. Even if lost in the rough. This could actually be a rather neat solution to the plague of slow weekend players thrashing around in bushes the world over. The only drawback is that golf ball makers will have to integrate an electronic tag into their products, which they may not be too keen to do.

‘The unit emits a radar signal that scans and looks for the electronic tag. This signal is then reflected back by the electronic tag in the ball and the handheld unit begins to “beep” – telling the golfer that the ball has been located.’
