The idea is for the user to train their brain to deliver specific responses to commands such as ‘push’, ‘up’, ‘down’ etc. Once the software has been trained to reliably recognise these brain patterns, it can then translate them into commands for the computer. It’s really astonishing stuff, and potentially a game changer in a huge number of ways.
The headset costs $299.00 and the software adds another $99.00, so we’re not talking huge expenditures here. Amazing.

Absolutely amazing! I can see huge benefit for people like stroke victims here. Not much use for the able bodied though, beyond a cool tool for developing relaxation techniques, but that in itself has value. I wonder if they do visual interface relaxation software for it? I'd buy it for that!
