Legacy 7 Standard Edition is a freeware program which lets you trace your ancestors back through time and build a genealogical chart for all to see. The software comes with everything you need to get started, including a DNA feature which lets you add in genetic results to aid your historical search.
The interface is a little quaint (i.e. antique), but the program is certainly fully featured. And if you’re willing to shell out a little cash, you get access to all the genealogical data you might need to help trace old Uncle Willie. Beware, tracking back can become dangerously addictive!
