 This is the rotisserie that cooks food 20% faster than a conventional oven, ensuring moistness. The rotisserie has four heating elements–one integrated into the rotisserie spit and three on the interior wall–that combine to cook a 3-lb. whole chicken in only 30 minutes. The radiant heat adjusts from 250º F to 425º F to cook roasts, whole chickens, or turkey breasts until they are crisp and golden-brown on the outside and moist and tender inside.
