Every so often you are reminded about how good really good companies can be, and it really does something to restore your faith in the whole commercial thang! Happened to me yesterday. Last year I sent my beloved BeyerDynamic DT550 headphones in for refurb, because I love them and good – read comfortable – headphones are like hen’s teeth. Anyway they did the job as promised for a fair price no hassles. A couple of days ago I noticed that the fabric headband had come adrift. Gave company a ring, and within two days they sent me – FREE OF CHARGE – a complete new head section that holds the cans. Now is that service or what? Buy BeyerDynamic folks. :-)
