Google Shopper comes to the iPhone

Android users have had access to a pretty useful tool for a while, called Google Shopper. This app takes shopping and price comparison to a whole new level. Not only can you scan barcodes to check prices, but you can even take a snapshot of the cover or speak the name of a product. Then you’ll be able to select the product and check prices, reviews and even local availability.

Well Google has finally decided to bring this wonderful little app to the iPhone. You’ll have all of the same great features found on the Android platform, with the same great price: Free. It’s available now, and definitely something I would recommend if you do any sort of price comparison while shopping.
