Rogue Grid puts your camera’s lighting exactly where you want it

Good photography can be difficult, as it always seems that you need the right equipment to pull off the perfect shot. Lighting tends to be the biggest obstacle, which means having the proper flash, reflectors, and other standing lights sometimes. If you’re trying to take a picture where you only want a small area lit up, with the rest being dark, that an be a hassle. The solution is once again to have the right stuff to work with. In this case, the Rogue Grid from Expo Imaging.

This flash attachment has three pieces, which are two honeycomb grids, and a ring that can attach the two together. The reason for the honeycomb grids is that with the light set back a ways, and being forced to travel through small tubes, less light is going to spill out around the area that your flash is pointed. The longer the tubes, the tighter your ring of light is going to be. You can get the kit, along with a strap to attach it to your flash and a carrying case for $50.
