Entrustet gives your family members access to your online accounts if you pass away

Death is one of those pesky things that we don’t really want to think about. After all, we’re all going to live forever, right? Well, in the event of our demise, there are a number of things that must be attended to. While your email and social networking accounts might not seem like the most important of things to worry about. However, eventually you are going to want someone to be able to access them and take care of any loose ends associated with them. So how exactly does one take care of this?

One option that you might consider looking into is Entrustet. This free online service lets you keep a list of various login credentials for your accounts. You will then setup a list of people who will be given access to the list in the event of your passing. Once a death certificate has been provided, the people you have chosen will then be able to access the information, and take care of anything related to those accounts. Sure, it’s something that no one wants to think about, but probably should.
