I’ve seen some highly-effective wristbands that will sync up with an app on your phone to silently wake you without disturbing your partner, track your sleeping patterns, and lifestyle habits. None so far seem to be as integrated into your life, and keep track of so many facets of your life as the Jawbone UP will. This is a wristband and iPhone app that will track your body in motion, meals, and sleep.
While it will still be a little while before this hits the market, this really will make you take notice to your own daily habits. Your pace, number of steps, distance, content of your meals, how they make you feel, and even all of your sleeping patterns . It’s a lot to keep up with, but if you can keep up with all of your friends on Facebook and Twitter throughout the day, surely this won’t be too much of an extra burden.
