Buy your own Mini Turbojet Engine

In this world, it seems that we’re always trying to get things done faster. Be it that big project that your boss has been hounding you about for a week, or your morning commute, we always look for ways to be more efficient with our time. Sometimes I daydream about hooking up a couple of jet engines to my car and seeing just how much time that would knock off my trip. Now while that wouldn’t be a smart thing to do, you can actually get your hands on a jet engine, should you have a good use for it.

This UN-30 Mini Turbojet Engine might not be something you’d want to strap onto a car or anything, but the 30 pounds of thrust is nothing to scoff at. Slap a couple of these bad boys on a fancy R/C plane, and you’ll have a one speedy aircraft. Or strap one on the back of your bike for some awesome speed. You’ll have to be an enthusiast with deeper pockets and a more extensive knowledge of aircrafts and jet engines than me, if you want to work with something like this, though. Each one will set you back a whopping $2,400.
