We are all met with the problem of pulling the wrong cord at a bad time. It’s not done on purpose, but shutting off someone’s game mid boss-battle, plunging a room into darkness by yanking the plug on a lamp, and unplugging a computer when an unsaved draft of a final paper is just sitting there can be extremely aggravating. These are annoying situations, but thankfully they can be saved by better cord organization.
The company called Dotz knows of these woes, and has sought out to combat unorganized cords the world over. One of their newer accomplishments is called the Cord Identifiers. Now, you may have already guessed their purpose, seeing as the name gives it completely away. These little round plastic clip-ons that attach to your cord come with 24 icons, and 12 blank sheets so you can make your own icons if the premade ones don’t fit your needs. Each set costs about $6 for a pack of ten, however, we all know you’re going to need at least two or three packs before things actually start to get organized with all those cords running amuck in your house.
