If you have ever been aware of a dream in the middle of the action, you know what lucid dreaming is. Those dreams are normally amazing, because you can do whatever you want to. Whether you want to fly, teleport, or ride on the back of a space slug, the sky is the limit, and more! For this reason, it’s always depressing to wake up from these dreams, as you never know when you’ll have another one like that again.
This is where Remee comes in. Coming in the form of a sleep mask, you can start to control your dreams on a more regular basis with this lucid dreaming mask. It has six rear-facing LEDs that will turn on when you are at the peak of your dream-state. This won’t wake you up, but they are bright enough to appear as anomalies in your dream-world. With this exterior help, you can have lucid dreams more often. Its Kickstarter phase has passed where you could’ve bought it for about $80, but you can still preorder it from their site for $95 in either black, blue, red, yellow, or cream.
I tried something similar a couple of years ago, same set up LED in sleep goggles. They don't work. They give you the most intense migraine you have ever experienced though. They've got that going for them. Unless you're an outlier it's the teenage brain that is responsible for lucid dreams, as you get older they get less frequent. I imagine drugs would be the best way to start dreaming again or luck and spicy foods.
