Cosmonaut Wide-Grip Stylus is what a stylus should be

When you write on a capacitive touch screen, such as an iPad, a stylus is a much more useful tool than your finger. It leaves no oily smudges, and doesn’t have a giant hand blocking everything you’re trying look at from your vision. The only issue you may face is that they aren’t very good about being comfortable for long term use.

Writing on a tablet is not like writing on a piece of paper with a pen, as you can’t really rest your hand on the screen while writing. The closest you’ll come in writing styles is actually using a dry erase marker on a white board. Your hand is meant to stay further away from the writing surface, so you have a wider grip to use as leverage. The Cosmonaut Wide-Grip Stylus looks to be the perfect writing implement for your iPad. This will make sure you won’t have to strain to use it over long periods, as it has a soft rubberized coating. For $25, taking notes, doodling, and sketching will suddenly become much easier if your preferred writing surface is a tablet.
