Recycle it?

Recycle for Charity. Sounds like a great idea, I wonder if it’s kosher, since there’s no information on the site about who they are and how much the service retains.

‘Recycling for Charity is a national environmental program where you can donate any type of used cell phone, pagers, PDA’s or digital cameras – regardless of condition. Our goal is to keep these items out of the landfills, and to put them back into reuse while benefiting charities and non-profit organizations.’

Recycle it.

The Freecycle Network is an online recycling community. A sort of eBay without the e!

‘Whether it’s a chair, a fax machine, piano or an old door, feel free to post it. Or maybe you’re looking to acquire something yourself! One constraint: everything posted must be free.’

Why not start one up in your city?
