The Pocket Spotlight – Lighten up!

Pocket Spotlight

There’s one thing that you absolutely must be concerned about when taking photos: light. If you don’t have enough, it isn’t apparent what you were trying to take a picture of, but too much will have things glaringly white. When it comes to phone pictures, you’re often found in situations where the lighting is sub par, and your flash is almost always too bright.

If you want to add some more light without blinding your subject, then the Pocket Spotlight will work wonders.  This is an LED light that will stay on constantly so you can get the shot you want, rather than dealing with whatever fate hands you. It works with iDevices and Android phones alike. Charging happens through USB, and it can run for up to an hour on a charge. This mounts directly into your headphone jack, and costs $30, or $40 if you want color filters.
