None too INTELigent?

Oops, chip giant Intel has decided to rattle its legal sword at a bunch of Brit companies with the word Intel in their domain name. Only problem is one of the companies they picked on is 7Intel, a small private detective agency in Northern England ‘ run by an ex-military private investigator Gary Stapleton.’

Oh dear, perhaps Mssrs Grove, Barrett et al might re-consider trying to hassle this guy? Ouch!

‘Gary is more than capable of taking care of himself and so is not intimidated by some American organisation that thinks it can just march in and take over someone else’s country & natural resources (oops, oh dear, sorry we meant collateral & trading name) without any legal basis…Gary would like to advise Mr Gary Kershaw of Intel UK and Mr Andrew Grove Chief Exec of Intel Corporation that he will “see them in court”, – and would also like to take the opportunity to remind them that they may not want him (or his fellow professionals) looking too deeply into their affairs.’
