Thanks to Pixar and Luxo Jr., we all know of adjustable desk lamps. Maybe it’s just me, but whenever I see them now, they seem sort of life-like. Of course, nostalgia kicks in for all of the movies that start out with Luxo Jr. showing up, and you can’t help but plaster a smile on your face. Can you imagine what it would be like to have one of those in your office?

The Giant Desk Lamp may be a bit more than you bargained for, but it definitely captures the playful nature of this star of Pixar. This was designed by George Carwardine, and costs around $3021. It comes in a variety of colors, and is three times the size of a regular lamp. The base is made of aluminum, and the light has a dimmer so you won’t have to be blinded by sitting under it. It’s easy to position, and would be a cute and lively addition to any home.
