The band you wear is splashproof, provides you with realtime data on your Android or Apple device, and can be your morning wake-up call through the vibrating alarm it has built in (I would still have your regular alarm on just in case). It does work with many other apps aside from the one that was built to go with this wristband in case you preferred a different one. This will cost you around $130, and is a good way to avoid having a beefed up trainer yelling at you a few times a week.
