The Sona Pillow will help you sleep without snoring

Sona Stop Snoring Pillow

Sleep is a very important aspect of our normal regimen. Too much of it will make you tired, and not enough will have you performing at a slow pace. Those who deal with excessive snoring or sleep apnea often have to deal with interrupted slumber, or waking their significant other. There are a plethora of ways to deal with these situations, but using nose strips or sleeping in a certain position may not always cut it.

The Sona Pillow doesn’t look like what we generally associate with the word ‘pillow’. Instead of using the all-too-familiar puffy rectangle shape, it looks more akin to a bridge. Your arm goes underneath either side, and is supposed to help you sleep in a position that is more natural for your air passages. It’s an $83 purchase, but should it actually work, then I would say it’s money well spent. This would also be a good option for those of you that sleep on top of your arm and hate having to wake up to a numb appendage.
