Cloudconvert is a new online service, which lets you convert files between 140 formats. All you have to do is upload the file, either from your hard disk, or from Google Drive or Dropbox directly, and press the Start Conversion button. The file will be converted, and you can select to receive an email when it is finished, or ask for the file to sent directly to your Dropbox or Google Drive account. Pretty slick.

The files are deleted as soon as the conversion is finished, and because it’s all browser based the service can also be used and accessed via your mobile phone browser. The list of file formats available is definitely very impressive, and if they all work as advertised then this should sort out almost all requirements apart from truly exotic needs. Definitely worth a bookmark.
