Cats live like royalty. Every now and then, they might be forced to hunt a mouse or two to earn their keep, but for the most part, they lounge around in the sunlight while plotting future acts of wanton destruction.
You’re on your own when it comes to lounging in the sun but Catlateral Damage will let you experience your cat’s joy of thumping items off bookshelves and other counter space.
The premise for the game is about as simple as you can get: You become a cat and then proceed to prowl around your master’s place, knocking as many items off shelves, tables, and furniture as possible.
With the Unity Web Player plug-in, the latest build of the game can be played online at catlateraldamage.com/play, or you can download the standalone version for Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux.
Plans for future versions of the game include more items to destroy, new gameplay modes (such as Free Mode and Cat Ops/Stealth Mode), better graphics, better sound effects, and Oculus Rift support.
