Zimbabwe 100 Trillion Dollar Bank Note – become an instant trillionaire while joining the 99.999%

It would be so easy to make a joke of these Zimbabwe 100 Trillion Dollar Note for sale on Amazon, if only it wasn’t such a poignant reminder of how things can easily get out of hand if you’re not careful. These notes were never in circulation, but the country was in a very real fight against rampant hyperinflation for years, and even today has no currency of its own because of the problem.

Whether you buy one of these bank notes for the bragging rights among friends (yes you will be the only trillionaire in the group, almost guaranteed) or just to purchase a bit of history, remember one thing. The paper in your pocket is only as good as the plastic in your wallet. Or something.

Oh and don’t bother trying to change them for anything meaningful, chances are all you’ll get back in change is a chuckle. Priced at $7.98 each (save $22.01).
