Turn Off The Internet – one button solution shuts down the Internet from your browser

There are times when you just need to get away from it all. Unplug yourself, switch off, get out of the house, anything but just sit there glomming that stupid screen hour after hour after hour.

For those moments there’s an off switch handily located on the lower left side of your computer, right there beside the USB port and next to the chocolate stain from last year. For all other times we suggest you pop along to the Turn Off The Internet site and avail yourself of this handy instant relief button.

It probably won’t do *exactly* what you are looking for, but at least you can prepare yourself mentally for doing the real thing when you pluck up the courage. We suggest you consider using it at least once a week at first, building slowly to a schedule that suits your particular temperament.
