It’s been the problem of problems down the ages. How to easily transfer the sleeping baby from the comfort of the car seat to the buggy without risking a hernia or worse. An angry wake up with tears. Now there’s a new option which looks like it could solve both problems very elegantly indeed.
The Doona is a combination infant car seat and baby buggy, which converts with the push of a button. The idea is you just lift baby out of the back of the car still in the seat, push the button, pull the handle and out pops an espresso. No wait, sorry, wrong blurb. Out pop the wheels and you’re ready to go. Check the video below to see what we mean.
The product is suitable for infants up to 15 months of age (or 13kgs), and also has a variety of accessories available including a sun shade, rain cover and changing bag. It’s available in a variety of pop colors and costs £299 / €388.
