Flashtorch – 4100 lumens flashlight can also spark up your campfire

Ever played Alan Wake? If you haven’t, you should because it’s great. Anyway, you use flashlights to destroy your nightmares (that sounds like a children’s story but trust me, it is awesome). Of course in real life the only thing that flashlights can destroy are shadows. Unless you’re using the Flashtorch, then you can set real fires with your flashlight.

The Flashtorch from the Wicked Lasers people looks heavy duty, and it should because it’s made of military grade aluminum. We’re talking ultimate ninja macho rugged. It has a heat resistant lens which is super important because this thing burns bright at 4100 lumens. I’d say that’s probably a little bit more than military issue. When I say burn, I do actually mean the heat from this thing literally burns. Sure it creates enough light to make midnight look like noon, but get too close and anything flammable is going to spark up like a pyromaniac’s dream date.

It has three light settings which they’ve described as low, medium, and high, but I personally think they mean – normal, oh that’s bright…followed by, oh god my eyes! It’s powered by a rechargeable battery and good for up to 2000 hours. The Flashtorch is $199.95.

Turn your sound down for this video. It’s intense macho rugged.
