Cat Petting Simulator – an online substitute for the purr-fact relationship

Sometimes we get a little confused by things that we find, either because they’re a little bizarre or they’re simply deranged. We’re not sure which side of the coin this online site falls, but it’s definitely not normal. The Cat Petting Simulator offers up an olde school style text adventure game interface to let you interact with a digital cat.

So if you’re old enough to remember Zork (ahh…such were the days) then you’re probably going to love this whole experience. We’re talking no images, no music, nothing except the dubious pleasure of click and interact with a mythical moggy deep in the bowels of teh Internets.

Just in case you need reminding what it is you’re doing, here’s a nice piccie of a feline critter for you to print out and place above your monitor while you’re engaged in all that petting and cooing. Oh and there’s even a downloadable version of the er game, available if you’re that particular about your leisure time.
