Bond – send a letter handwritten by a robot

Bond Robot

There is nothing quite like getting (or giving!) a hand written letter. The problem with giving them is that it takes so long to write them. Wouldn’t it be great if there was some sort of robot that could do that for you? Now there is. Bond is the company that uses robots to write beautiful letters.

These are not prints outs designed in Photoshop. These are literally cards, written in ink, by robots. The company programs a robot to write like a human. There are a variety of different handwriting styles that you can choose from. They vary from very decorative script to a blockier, less formal style. It’s not devoid of human touch however, each script is styled after a handwritten sample.

Speaking of which, if you want your own handwriting featured on your cards, you can send them a sample, they will analyze it and program the robot to write like you. One step closer to robot domination. If you’re using their fonts, all you need to do is type up your letter, pick your font and card stock and they’ll do the rest. The process starts at $2.99.
