Here we are at the start of the ‘smart watch’ era, and even so there are budget priced products coming out which really demonstrate that your new gadget is almost obsolete the moment you receive it. The ZGPAX S29 Smart Watch Phone is a full blown GSM cell phone on your wrist, which will also pair with your smartphone (iOS or Android) to give you connected functionality like the Apple Watch or Samsung Gear. The watch phone – or is that phone watch? – runs on Android, and features a 2 megapixel camera, microSD slot, and a bunch of functions such as Pedometer and a sleep monitor.

The device sports a 450 mAh battery, and even contains enough intelligence to warn you if you’re being too much of a couch potato via a ‘sedentary alarm‘, which should please tech nerds everywhere. The product is available in either gold or silver, and while we haven’t tested it ourselves yet, we hear it’s actually not a bad product for the price.
