Star Wars Glass Votive – a candle holder for the true fan

Star Wars Candle Votive

People love Star Wars. You are probably one of those people if you’re reading this right now. You can get all kinds of themed swag from the movie but how about a piece of the original film? The Star Wars Glass Votive gives you a piece of the actual film in the form of a candle votive.

A candle votive is the little glass container used to hold tea lights. These ones have been made with a real piece of a film. In this case, Star Wars. The image on the votive is of Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) piloting the X-wing. You know the scene, that’s no moon and all of that. Each votive contains one of the images from that scene.

They are all slightly different as one slide amounts to 1/24 of a second worth of film. So even though they’re all basically the same image, no two are exactly the same. Once you light them, you can see the film in its true glory. You can pick up the Star Wars Glass Votive for $12.
