Christmas Cat

If you’re looking for something fun to brighten up your holiday season, why not listen to some carols? If you don’t want to deal with people standing at your doorstep, then give the students at the University of Illinois a call and take part in Dial-a-Carol.

Between finals and end of semester college life, these students are manning phones 24/7 to bring some holiday cheer to anyone at all who calls. They will take phone calls from around the world so wherever you’re located Ferret reader, you too can have your favorite Christmas carol sung to you, probably off key but with a lot of heart, by a college student.

You don’t have much time, the students have to leave for the holidays but they will be singing until 11:59 central PM, December 16 which gives you just a little bit of time to get your phone call in before they close shop for the season. Give them a ring at (217) 332-1882.
