Robot USB Hub – he just wants to give you more USB ports, not enslave you

Robot USB Hub alone

We all need more places to plug in USBs. Don’t try to deny it, we all do. There are a ton of options out there for extra ports but if you have to choose, why not choose a robot? The Robot USB Hub is a four port hub in the shape of a friendly little robot.

This little silver guy just looks happy to see you. Works with both Macs and PCs, you can use it to add four more USB 2.0 slots to your main computer. The USB ports are hidden in the little wheels. So no, this will not scoot around your desk adorably, however, the eyes do light up when it’s connected. So cute.

You can also move the arms a bit if you want to add some more fun. It’s a fairly standard hub, designed mostly for use with standard USB flash drives. Still, it’s very a very fun design and will likely add a bit of cheer to any desk. The Robot USB Hub is $16.95.

Donyae’s love for technology is based on a need to survive our future robotic overlords. Know thy enemy as you know yourself. But since even odds are on the zombie future, she has also learned how to prepare squirrel. You can find her on Facebook until the robots – or zombies – rise up.
