Shine Dokkiri Bank – got money to burn? Shred it instead

Shrine Dokkiri Bank in use

Saving money is important and if you’re an adult, you probably save your money in a bank. That’s not as visually stimulating as saving in a piggy bank though. Freak your friends out with the Shine Dokkiri Bank, the piggy bank that “shreds” your money.

First and foremost, this more of a box than an adorable swine. It’s made to hold whole bills but when you put them in, instead of counting, this bank shreds them. Not really though, the visual gag is just that, a joke! Your money is safely stacked behind the shredded bits.

This gadget is Japanese but will work with most other currencies. It holds up to 30 notes in it and runs on AA batteries. This little box is great for a joke and is sure to make younger users chuckle and turn saving some cash into a practical joke. The Shine Dokkiri Bank is $29.99.
