Mushroom Lamp – get more “natural” lighting

We’re losing touch with the natural world and if you live in an urban area, you might go weeks without seeing more than a patch of dusty grass and a tree struggling to grow in its too small concrete plot. If you can’t make a trip to the forest, remind yourself that there is a world full of life beyond the concrete with the Mushroom Lamp.

This lamp looks like a tree stump with bioluminescent fungi growing from it. Like the type of thing you would find on a magical woodland adventure. The base of the lamp is made from an oak tree branch and the mushrooms are made from a type of rubber so they have that mushroomy feel to them.

The lamp is powered by USB and is perfect for a nightlight or just decorative mood lighting. You can buy a bunch of them, arrange them throughout your living room and turn it into a magic forest. You’re an adult, you decide what that means. The Mushroom Lamp is $28.
