It’s the new year and people are starting to commit themselves to new fitness goals. Before you buy a whole gym membership, why not start a bit slower with a gentle yoga workout that you can do in your home. Take some time let your body build up to weights and what not. Simply Yoga is an easy yoga app for your android phone.

This simple app will take users through timed yoga flows that are beginner friendly. The videos demonstrate the poses so you can easily follow along. There are over thirty different poses to try. The free version has three timed flows, 20, 40, and 60 minutes long.

The paid version has three more level 2 classes for students who become bored with the first level of lessons. Still they’re basic enough for even the beginner to comfortably engage in.
