Simply place food and marinade into the Reveo barrel, attach the vacuum hose and press the MariVac button. The high powered vacuum works to remove air from the barrel, stretching the fibers of the food pulling moisture and marinade to its core…The tumbling motion flips marinade continuously onto the food, massaging the marinade into the food. This process takes approximately 2 to 20 minutes depending on the food being utilized.
